Jo Anne Robertson
1936 – 2012
Jo Anne leaves Richard her beloved husband of 58 years, daughter Robin, grandson Brooks and joins her late son Peter. She leaves sister Patricia and many beloved brothers and sisters-in-law whom she regarded as siblings. She also leaves her only remaining aunt, Mildred, and many cousins, nieces and nephews. Her passion, other than her family, was the philanthropic sorority Epson Sigma Alpha which gave her thousands of other sisters. A very active member for over 48 years, Jo Anne worked diligently on many varied projects to raise money for ESA charities. She held many local and California State offices and positions in ESA, including California State Woman of The Year. She was proudest of serving as California representative for St. Jude Children’s Hospital, the favorite charity of ESA, She was currently a member of the Sigma Zeta chapter in San Diego but was also a long time member of the Episilon Lambda chapter in Orange County. She will be missed for her unique personality and loving ways.
Services will be held at the Calvary Chapel Ramona, July 10, 2012 at 1pm, 114 14th St., Ramona, CA 92065.
