Maxine Boyer
1921-2012
Maxine Boyer was born on January 5, 1921, in Moorefield, Nebraska, and passed away on July 2, 2012 in Encinitas, California. She was preceded in death by her husband of fifty-five years, Leonard Boyer; her daughter, Linda Davison; and her granddaughter, Amy White. She is survived by her daughter, Joan White (Ed White); four grandsons, Douglas Davison (Dana Davison), Steven Davison (Jaie Palmero), Timothy White (Carmen White), and Randall White; and four great-grandchildren, Ty White, Ethan White, Olivia White, and Brody White. She worked as an elementary school secretary in Hyannis, Nebraska, and Indio, California, for over twenty-five years and volunteered at the Joslyn Senior Center in Escondido, California, for more than fifteen years. She was known as Mom, Grandma Max, and GiGiMax and will be so missed by all who loved her.
