Marcos Ureta, 63, of Julian passed away on July 18, 2015. He was born in Los Angeles, CA on May 24, 1952.
He proudly served in the US Army, Marcos went on to a long career in the aerospace industry and had retired a few years ago.
Marcos leaves behind his four children - Sean Ureta of Houston, TX, Harold Pirie of Bakersfield, Lisa Ureta and Zach Ureta, both of Lakewood, CA. He is also survived by his two brothers, George Ureta of Julian and Peter Ureta of British Columbia, Canada.
His family and friends will remember him as a loving man who would give the shirt off his back for another. Marcos had a special place in his heart for his friends at the Legion in Julian.
