Frank, the second child and eldest son of Francis Falls Sr. and Mary Falls, was born and raised in Oakland, CA  Frank attended St. Jarlath Catholic School, Bret Harte Jr High and graduated from Skyline High School in 1971.  A veteran of the Gulf War, Frank joined the US Navy in 1975 serving with distinction for 20 years.
Stationed in San Diego during his time in the Navy, Frank came to call Ramona, CA his home.  After military retirement, Frank worked in the TelCom sector as a technician and then salesman.  Finally leaving TelCom, he went to school to get his trucking license and spent the next 10 years as an independent contractor crossing the USA.  This was where Frank felt at ease, behind the wheel on the open road.
Frank was a talented musician and found his groove with a bass guitar.  He was an athlete and avid sports fan, from playing little league to semi-pro baseball to later trying to master the game of golf.  A conversation with Frank on a Sunday consisted of "The game is on!" to him yelling "scoreboard" when his team was winning.
Frank is preceded in death by his father, Frank, and survived by his mother, Mary, son Nicholas Falls, daughter Rebecca Falls, grandchildren Zoey, Makenna and Kameron.  Also he leaves his sister, Kathleen Camarillo and her family, brother Philip Falls and his family, brother Brian Falls and his family as well as his long time partner Doris Coronel.
He will be interred at Miramar National Cemetery on Thursday, December 12, 2019 at 1pm.  Miramar National Cemetery is located at 5795 Noble Dr., San Diego, CA 92122.
