Lorien Hall Obituary

Lorien Watkins Hall was born to Ronald and Robin Watkins in Ramona, CA. Possessing strength and intellectual curiosity, she embraced a diverse range of passions, careers, and friendships. Lorien, an accomplished social butterfly, effortlessly engaged in conversations with anyone on any topic. Whether she was actively involved in her child’s activities, celebrating at family and friends' gatherings, or excelling in her career as a realtor, Lorien was a dynamic individual.

A student of psychology and a graduate of Ashford University, Lorien held real estate positions with Keller Williams in Maryland and AVM Properties in California. Her specialty was finding the perfect home for her clients.

Frequently praised as an unstoppable powerhouse, Lorien personified grace, compassion, keen wit, and an unwavering commitment to supporting her family, friends, and community. Despite a lifelong struggle with Hypereosinophilic Syndrome, Lorien displayed remarkable strength and became a passionate advocate for those grappling with the same ailment. She actively campaigned for medication reform and courageously addressed Congress, emphasizing the critical need to legalize experimental treatments that had proven beneficial in enhancing her condition.

Fueled by an unwavering passion for adventure and exploration, Lorien traversed the United States and ventured across the globe. She thrived on discovering the intricacies of daily life in cities beyond her San Diego home, and she relished immersing herself in diverse cultural experiences. From Italy to Mexico and a recent excursion to Las Vegas with Hayden, Lorien's fearless love of exploration defined her zest for life.

Lorien illuminated every room she entered with her radiant warmth, humor, and captivating storytelling abilities. A cheerleader in high school, she perpetuated her role as a supporter throughout her life, cheering on others. Her infectious laughter and the sparkle in her eye created an atmosphere where everything felt right, promising the potential for an unforgettable experience every time you were with Lorien.

Lorien will be deeply missed by Hayden Hall, who could never imagine a better mother.  Lorien also is survived by her parents, Ronnie and Robin Watkins who will forever miss her unwavering love, infectious laughter, warm hugs, shared conversations, daily growth, and amazing achievement. She will also be missed by her grandparents, Judy Gardner, Mary Watkins (Steve), and Robert Watkins (Jo), Corky Raynor (Patricia), who were fortunate enough to guide Lorien's journey from a delightful baby to an extraordinary adult.  Lorien’s Godmother, Denise Hart-Pesek will profoundly miss the strongest woman she has ever known.
