Michael Francis McNulty was born September 15, 1938, to Frank and Wanda McNulty of Fall River, Massachusetts. His siblings were Patricia, Mary Jane, and Daniel.
He attended San Raphael's Academy in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, where he studied Latin and Greek. Before school, he would help his father load building materials, then join him after school to learn masonry and plastering.
Michael joined the U.S. Marine Corps at age 17, achieving the rank of sergeant.
After being discharged, he came home and worked briefly for his father before pulling up his roots and moving to Arcadia, California, around 1960.
There, he met, wooed, and married the girl next door, Shirley, a beautiful young woman with two small children, Christine and Byron. Together, they had two sons, Terrence and Kevin.
The family moved to Ramona, California, in 1972 where Michael started a stucco business and dabbled in real estate. Shirley passed away in 1985, and in 2007, the family home burned in the Witch Creek Fire.
Michael picked up the pieces and moved on collecting interesting properties and old Buicks, and traveling abroad with Kim, his longtime lady.
He passed away at home on April 13, 2026, surrounded by family and friends.
Bonham Bros. & Stewart Mortuary and Cremation Service assisted the family.
