Roxan S Michel

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great
grandmother, and friend, Roxan Michel on December, 26 2023. Roxan was born on November 7, 1935 in
Wheeling West Virginia to Harry and Mildred Wenzel. She is survived by her husband of 63 year, Cletus
(Mike) Michel and her two daughters Debbie (Rick) Jenkins and Rena Seifts. She was blessed with five
grandchildren Nikki (Damian) Scribner, Katie (Osvaldo) Rodriguez, Emily (Mo) Van De Wall, Stephanie
Jenkins (Daniel Jones) and Jessica Hernandez (Alex Iliev). Her 5 great grandchildren, Jaxon, Kaden,
Nayeli, Marley and Luca were her pride and joy.

She worked many years as an operating room nurse, and retired as school nurse in 1992 from the El
Paso Independent School District. She moved from Anthony NM, to southern California in 2006 and
resided in Ramona, CA at her time of passing.

She enjoyed traveling across the US in their motorhome with Mike, playing golf, crafting, crocheting and
knitting. She won many prizes at the county fairs for her knitting. She loved being with her family,
especially watching the great grandchildren play sports. Her faith was very important to her, and we
know she has found peace now that she is with the Lord.

A Memorial Service will be held on January 20,2024 at 10:00 am at the First Congregational Church of
Ramona, 404 8 th St. Ramona, CA 92065.
