Betty Maize Fulmer, 90, Crystal Lake, passed away April 30, 2010 in Elgin.
She was born January 24, 1920 to the late Ivan Maize and Fern Augusta (Estes) Porter in Owanka, South Dakota.
Betty was proud that she had seven children, twenty-one grandchildren and twenty-one great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. She loved canning, playing cards and putting in a hard days work.
She is survived by her husband, Junior Lee Fulmer, of 56 years; Mary Lou (Alfred) Nowakowski, John Ivan (Linda) Petersen, Bruce Bernard Fulmer, Coleen Elizabeth Personius, Patricia Lorraine (David) Morris, twenty-one grandchildren and twenty-one great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Donna Rae Petersen and a son, Robert Alan Johnson.
Visitations will be held Wednesday, May 5, 2010 from 3 until 6 p.m. at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 419 E Terra Cotta Ave., Crystal Lake and Wednesday, May 12, 2010 from 9 until 11 a.m. at Bonham Bros. & Stewart Mortuary, 321 12th St., Ramona, CA. Entombment will be private.
