Fred E. Krueger

A Funeral Service for Fred E. Krueger of Bull Shoals, Arkansas, will be held at 2pm February 6th at Bonham Bros & Stewart Mortuary in Ramona with Pastor Pete Mayfield officiating. Visitation will be from 12 noon until time of service. Fed E. Krueger died at his home in Bull Shoals, Arkansas, on Wednesday, January 20, 2010. He was 100 years old.
Fred was born November 29, 1909, at Chicago, IL to Wilhelm and Amalia Thiede Krueger. He married Agnes Agee on February 20, 1930 in Chicago, IL. Fred was a man who lived by the clock always keeping a strict schedule. He worked in the offices of the Pullman Railroad Co. in Chicago for almost twenty years. Fred and his family moved to California in 1948. He began working in the automobile repair business and managed a shop in Stockton, CA for many years.
He was an outdoor man, enjoyed camping and spent many happy hours fishing and hunting in Minnesota, Illinois and California.

Fred moved to Arkansas in 1990 from Ramona, CA. He was always very active teaching himself the art of stained glass in his 80's and bowling regularly until his mid 90's. Fred voluntarily gave up driving in June of '09 and sold the little red car he was so fond of.

Fred is survived by two daughters, Janet (Dewey) Hood of Bull Shoals, AR and Jackie (Alex) Gulyas of El Dorado Hills, CA; one son, James (Deborah) Krueger of Ramona, CA; and his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and wife.

Burial will be at Nuevo Memory Gardens in Ramona immediately following the funeral service. Memorials may be made to Hospice of the Ozarks.
