Hilda Mary Gonsalves

Hilda Mary Gonsalves, 91, passed away peacefully in her home on January 16th, 2024 with loved ones by her side. Hilda was born in California on May 27th, 1932, to Gregorio & Elsie Tosta. She was a proud, longtime resident of Ramona for over 40 years. Her passions included animals, gardening, and taking care of and helping to provide a beautiful, loving home for her family.

Hilda's love for all animals started at a young age and never left her. She enjoyed doing all kinds of puzzles, crosswords, wordsearches, and playing board games to help keep her mind sharp, which she took great pride in. Her undeniable toughness, resiliency, selflessness, compassion, positivity, and humor are just a few of the, many, amazing traits that made her the wonderful friend, wife, sister, mother, and grandmother she was.

Hilda's memory and legacy will live on as she made a loving and lasting impression on anyone and everyone she met. She is, and forever will be, greatly missed.
