Pamela K. Pollard, 62, of Santa Ysabel passed peacefully, surrounded by family, on July 29, 2021. She is a member of the Santa Ysabel Tribe and lived on the reservation for the past 40 years.
She will be remembered as a kind woman and always opened her door for anyone who needed help. She was a wonderful mother and grandmother and they will remember her as an awesome individual.
She is survived by her husband and BFF, Jack Byers, and her two children Thomas Osuna and his daughters Fallon and Riley, and her daughter Bibiana and Raisin Herrera and their four daughters Bianca, Nikki, Madison and Brandy. She also leaves four great grandsons, one great granddaughter and her sister’s girl who were daughters in her heart, Carolyn and Chris Stalcup and their family, and Tawny and Joe Osuna and their family. She is also survived by her two brothers Justin and Dawn King and Jimmy and Kelly King and her sisters Jackie Allen and Gemma and Tom Rasco. She also helped to raise John Baay and many others, too many to name. She was preceeded in death mother, father and sister.
A visitation and Rosary will be held on Friday, August 6th at Bonham Bros & Stewart Mortuary Chapel in Ramona. Visitation is from 5pm-7pm, the Rosary will be recited at 7pm. There will be a graveside service at 10am on Saturday, August 7th at the Osuna Plot atop Vulcan Mountain.
A lunch will be served following burial, everyone is welcome.
